It was great to meet all the new campers and their families. Moving in sometimes can be a pain (especially if you're moving into Willow!) but everyone had a great attitude.
As everyone arrived at camp, they got to meet our Piper Pete (Megan) ...
...and check out our monkeys on the high ropes staff...
...and get a glimpse of what it's like at the beach...
..or take a ride on a horse...
...or stop by the camp store...
All in all, check in day went as smoothly as we could've hoped for. Once we got our work out of the way, we then went down to the beach for a wacky kick off extravaganza! Things got wild and things got wet!
We got to hear from all the sweet specialties, like cooking and high ropes...
And then after dinner, we ended the night with a rockin' campfire!
All in all it was a fantastic day. Today should be better!
